My Official Name with the AKC is Shilagae's Darwin's Equality. My dads call me just plain Darwin, or Boober. They came up with that nick name because I nose around the back yard sniffing and smelling- and they call that "boobering".
My dads adopted me on their 10th anniversary. My favorite things in life are napping (never cat napping though), sleeping, taking 40 winks, cathching some z's, siestas and laying in the sun in our garden. I also love treats and EATING!!!! I LOVE to PLAY too. I enjoy romping with my other dog buddies at the dog park -especially my pal Jadzia (we're related too!). With my beagle nose, sniffing is a full time job!
I have been through obeience classes and an agility class at my alma mater- Perfect Paws here in San Francisco. I was tops in my agility class But I didn't do quite as well in the obedience classes- I am a beagle after all and we like to do things our own way. My dads organized BF2K the Northern California Beaglefest on June 3, 2000. There were 45 other beagles there and we all had a great time. The beaglefest raised $500.00 for humane organizations and we got to celebrate my second birthday!
